Hi! I’m Dr. Tiffany Chen, a periodontist and founder of The Cusp Collective- a purpose-driven platform empowering women in dentistry to thrive with ease, clarity, and freedom.

After years in clinical practice and one incredibly intense chapterjuggling specialist training, new motherhood, and a system that wasn’t built for women; I knew something had to change. There was no roadmap, no real support that catered to the complexity of my fully lived life. So I built what I needed but couldn’t find.

The Cusp Collective was born from that fire. And it’s grown into a bold, evolving space for women in dentistry to be seen, supported, and empowered- both within and outside the clinic.
