Hello there! I’m Dr. Tiffany Chen, a periodontist and founder of this purpose-driven social enterprise. I am on a mission to shift the narrative so that every woman in dentistry feels empowered to craft an enjoyable career.
After years in clinical practice and one incredibly intense chapter juggling specialist training, new motherhood, and a system that wasn’t built for women, I knew something had to change. There was no CPD that catered to the complexity of my lived experience. So I built what I needed but couldn’t find.
The Cusp Collective is an unapologetic, evolving space for women in dentistry to be seen and thrive, both within and outside the clinic. Through business, leadership, and self-development tools (often left out of the clinical spotlight), every project is created with your needs and unique experiences in mind.
Whether the ultimate goal is to build an empire, or work as little as possible. I want you to have the freedom of choice. I want you to be seen, heard, and backed. Ultimately, I want you to love your Mondays.
