Hello there! I’m Dr. Tiffany Chen, a periodontist and founder of this purpose-driven social enterprise. I am on a mission to shift the narrative so that every woman in dentistry feels empowered to craft an enjoyable career.

After years in clinical practice and an intense chapter juggling specialist training + new motherhood within a system that wasn’t built for women, I knew something had to change. There was no CPD that catered to the complexity of our lived experience. So I built it for us, for you.

The Cusp Collective is an unapologetic, evolving space for women in dentistry to thrive. Through business, leadership, and self-development tools (often left out of the clinical spotlight), every project is created with your needs and unique experiences in mind.
