Hello to you! I’m Dr. Tiffany Chen, a periodontist and founder of this purpose-driven social enterprise. I am on a mission to shift the narrative so that every woman in dentistry has more choice and ease in living their own version of success.

After years in clinical practice and one incredibly intense chapter juggling specialist training, new motherhood, and a system that wasn’t built for women, I knew something had to change. There was no roadmap, no real support that catered to the complexity of my fully lived life. So I built what I needed but couldn’t find.

The Cusp Collective was born from that fire. And it’s grown into a bold, evolving space for women in dentistry to be seen and supported, both within and outside the clinic. Through business, leadership, and self-development tools (often left out of the clinical spotlight), every project is created with the women's perspective, needs, and unique experiences in mind.
