The Cusp Collective Conference + Connect
Registration Terms and Conditions

By registering for The Cusp Collective Conference + Connect, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and payment

Your registration is confirmed once full payment has been received.

By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Registration Terms and Conditions.

2. Non-refundable payment

All registration payments are final and non-refundable.

This applies if you are no longer able to attend the event for any reason, including but not limited to illness, work commitments, travel disruption, personal circumstances, change of mind, or scheduling conflicts.

This policy reflects the nature of event planning, where venue, catering, speaker, administrative, marketing, and event production costs are committed in advance based on confirmed registration numbers.

3. Cancellations and non-attendance

If you cancel your attendance or do not attend the event, your registration fee will not be refunded.

No refund, credit, or partial refund will be provided for non-attendance.

4. Transfer of registration

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another eligible delegate.

Transfer requests must be made in writing to The Cusp Collective before the event. The Cusp Collective reserves the right to approve or decline transfer requests at its discretion.

5. Event changes

The Cusp Collective reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, speakers, schedule, venue layout, or event inclusions where necessary.

Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund unless the event is cancelled or materially changed in a way that gives rise to a refund entitlement under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Event cancellation by The Cusp Collective

If The Cusp Collective cancels the event and does not provide an alternative event date or suitable replacement, registered attendees will be entitled to a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
